Recruiting, Screening and Training
TST conducts local recruiting once per month in all areas to assuring the best possible staff are available. We do not pay our staff to recruit onsite at other shows. When staff are onsite at your show they are working only for you. Each applicant is personally interviewed by a member of our management team and references are checked. Every new TST staff member is trained in customer service, policies and general trade show information before you see them onsite.
A member of TST management is assigned to your event at no charge to review schedules and guarantee full staffing. Supervisors ensure all personnel are in uniform and at their assignment prior to their start time. At the end of each day, TST completes a Daily Schedule Review with you. There are no charges for staff schedule changes onsite.
Full Staffing, Top Notch Supervision
In addition to the schedule you submit, TST books a minimum of 2 extra staff at our cost depending on your show size. In addition, for larger events we have a number of staff waiting on call. The ratio of supervisors to staff: Typically 1 supervisor to 25 staff. Each schedule varies. Supervisors coordinate breaks, lunches and schedule changes as well as ensure morale is high.
